Private, one-on-one physical therapy with Dr. Madison Lacienski, DPT. No insurance limits, no rushed appointments, just dedicated, hour-long sessions built around you.
Book a sessionMadison Lacienski is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with eight years of professional experience in outpatient orthopedics and four years specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She founded Anchor Point Therapy & Wellness to offer something increasingly rare in healthcare: a full hour of undivided, one-on-one attention, free from the constraints of insurance billing codes and rushed appointment slots.
Her path to physical therapy started with her own injury. A torn ACL in high school led to surgical reconstruction and months of rehabilitation, and it was during that recovery that Madison saw firsthand how much a skilled, compassionate physical therapist could change the course of someone's healing. That experience shaped not just her career, but the kind of provider she wanted to become.
Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University in 2015, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Since then, she has built a practice around treating the whole person, not just the injury, with particular clinical focus in joint replacement recovery, geriatric rehabilitation, post-surgical rehab, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and general orthopedic limitations. She stays current through ongoing continuing education, ensuring every plan of care reflects the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices available.
Outside the clinic, Madison spends her time with her husband and their two dogs, usually outdoors- hiking, boating, fishing, or out on the pickleball court around Savannah. That same hands-on, active approach to life is part of what shapes her care: practical, present, and built around getting people back to doing what they love.
